One Down, One To Go
Date of occurrence:
December 4, 2011.
Leo hadn't been feeling well this past week as he came down with a stomach virus, leaving the little critter feeling terrible and not being able to keep in much. On the plus side: he didn't have to go to school, which suited him to a tee.
He was pretty much over it when we picked both boys up for the weekend and although we kept a close eye on him, he was doing fine and soon was his old, busy, active self again.
We should have kept an even closer eye on little Kc though, since those pesky bugs tend to jump from one to another and in this case there was no exception. One day he was fine and the next morning he woke up early and involuntarily emptied his stomach.
He is not much of a complainer and was more then happy to position himself on the couch, where he remained the rest of the day and watched some TV. We were clever enough to put a small garbage can next to him, just in case, and that turned out to be a very wise decision.
I can tell you one thing; it sure is not easy keeping up with one down and one ready to go! :-)
