A Place To Call Home
On several occasions, our oldest grandson expressed the wish to have a house like us, when he is all grown up. I sure hope he is able to convert this wish into reality, although the current economy seems to be pointing towards the opposite direction.
There is always hope though and even in this age and time people still can afford a place to call their home. Especially when you have good credit mortgages are easy to come by and the real estate market is wide open.
It would certainly be a good thing for him knowing the importance of, achieving, and maintaining a good credit. A good credit report will open many doors, including the front door to the house he can call 'his' some day.
Hopefully, there are still lots of people out there who are in good standing when it comes to their credit. There are some wonderful houses for sale and their dream house could well be amongst them. They wouldn't have to pass up the opportunity to obtain it, because a mortgage is right at their fingertips!
