More Reasons For Thanksgiving

It is Thanksgiving Day and there is so much we to be thankful for. Even though some blessings are small, they make a huge difference, like this one for instance.

We don't know what exactly happened, but Kc managed to spite his little face by ending up with a carpet burn on his nose.

We couldn't find out exactly what went down, but one thing is for sure; he did.

It left a mark that was hard to overlook and was almost the first thing we asked him about, after we picked him and his brother up from school yesterday. He told us he had fallen down and rubbed his nose on the carpet.

Me: "Aww, that must have hurt."
Kc: "Yeah!"
Me: "Does it still hurt?"
Kc: "A lil' bit."
Me: "Are you okay?"
Kc: "Yeahhhh".
Me: "We will put some cream on it when we get home."
Kc: "Okay, but be careful!"
Me: "I will."

We put some anti-scar cream on it after we got home and yes, I was very careful and gentle. He didn't feel a thing. Good, maybe it will be a lot better tomorrow.

It is much better today. That's a blessing and one more reason to be thankful for!
