Musical and End of Year Party

May 18, 2018.
Elementary School is nearing its end for our little man. The musical was yesterday and was based on 'The Cat In The Hat'. It was really cute.
Today is the End of Year Party for all the fifth graders. They are advised to wear their swimsuits and bring towels. Yup, there is another, inflatable water slide for them to play on.
The children love it.
I am thankful there is shade in the form of a canopy, because it is pretty hot.
That doesn't take long. A thunderstorm is brewing in the distance and is quickly making its way towards us.
The outside fun is cut short, but continues inside. A buffet awaits the children and they get to eat to their hearts' content while watching a movie.
After a while Kc and I make our way home and even though it was the End of Year Party, it is not the end of the school year yet. Kc has a few more days to go. He doesn't mind.
The end is in sight! Grin.
