Hitting The Wall

Our youngest grandson is a little dare-devil; he pulls the most dangerous stunts without any hesitation. The other day they were over here and I suddenly noticed he was being very quiet; too quiet to my likings.

He had disappeared in to the front bedroom. There is nothing wrong with that because that is where the guest bed is set up as well as the crib for our granddaughter and all their toys are stored. They often go in there to play or take their nap.

I went to check on him and found him lying in his sister's crib. How he managed climbing in there is still beyond me, but he did. He could have taken a bad fall and the least which could have happened was him ending up with some major wounds.

He performs more of those scary tricks and if he does not slow down, he will get hurt and probably scar himself for life. It may be a good idea to check in to scar treatment beforehand, so we know what options are available when needed.

It does not matter how often I tell him not to do all that dangerous stuff; as soon as my back is turned he either does it anyway or puts himself in and through another dangerous situation. Maybe over time he will learn and be more careful. I fear that will only occur after he hit the wall, so to speak!
